About RedMoon SàrlThe Principal of RedMoon is Peter Dickinson, resident in Luxembourg and actively involved in the Luxembourg financial industry for over 25 years. Peter was the Founding Director of Sanne Group (Luxembourg) S.A., a leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate administration services, supervised by the CSSF.
Prior to joining Sanne Group, Peter was responsible for Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Trust Operations in the UK, Luxembourg and Germany. Peter has 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry during which time he has held senior management positions covering UK retail and commercial services banking, corporate trust, money market operations and fund administration. Peter holds a BSc from Southampton University and is a professionally qualified Chartered Secretary (ACIS).
His responsibilities have included directorships on regulated and un-regulated structures for private equity, real estate and debt fund asset classes as well as a variety of debt-issuing securitization vehicles and long-only equity funds.
Peter acted as the Compliance Officer for a regulated business for a number of years and also has extensive knowledge of Depositary and Custody operations, more recently in the context of AIFMD.
Peter is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators (ICSA), the British Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg and the Institute of Luxembourg Administrators (ILA). He has been actively involved with a number of other industry associations during his career.
